Buy 3 get 2 toys free, is a SCAM! They don't honor it even though they have 1000 signs all over the store. It says mix and match All dog and cat toys. Yet I'm told they all had to be the same brand. Was told I had to go find a manager somewhere in the store to get her to do it. WHY WOULD I HAVE TO GO SEARCH A STORE FOR A MANAGER? Terrible customer service.

I found what I needed, but it cost $60 more because I wasn't a member. I'm a member now, and I'm getting slammed with emails. Now, I'm going to unsub and won't be back anytime soon if I can help it.

Spent 50$ at this store just on 3 fish and 4 small plants (plants were on sale) and the fish I got were 13$ a piece. After showing the older woman the exact fish I wanted, she went in and grabbed 2 that were the wrong ones. I again showed her the ones I wanted and she was livid. She started slamming down the containers with water in them. Rolls her eyes. And starts man handling the fish I picked out. I decided to call them after I had gotten home and the best they could say was “aww I’m sorry, we will talk to them” with them having no idea which worker I was even talking about. Highly disappointed and won’t be back. You hate your job that much, maybe you shouldn’t be there.

I work right next door so of course it’s convenient but I really love the customer service that is provided every time I go in and that’s what keeps me shopping here.

Went to the fish section and there are many dead fish; as well as, infected fish with white spots in many tanks. Beyond that we waited for service and even after alerting the cashier of the need, we still received no attention.
I will not return.

My puppy attended the 1-2-1 dog training sessions with Bianca. She was absolutely excellent, knowledgeable, kind and Patient. Maverick loved her. He was able to move up to the advanced skills due to the focused attention and tailored resources. Bianca also gave great advice and suggestions on a variety of topics from food to behaviour and potty training. She went above and beyond, we had so much fun. Highly recommended
