It's not fancy, but has good character and very nice staff. Rooms need updated but overall good value and close to great restaurants and the cruise port. Offers paid cruise parking in a pretty secure location. I would stay again mainly for the great location.

Rooms were very dirty. Could feel all the grime on the floor as soon as we took our shoes off. There were stains on the curtains and sheets. The building looks so nice but the rooms are big let down

Stayed there for the weekend during Mardi Gras.Its the best spot!Right in the middle of everything!
