“Natalie was just the greatest! I have bought and sold 5 homes in all my years of working and moving around so I’m not new to any of this. Once I contacted Natalie in regards to selling my home, she wasted no time in evaluating my property, giving me advice on what to fix, getting pictures taken, and getting it listed. I had 2 offers after the first week of showings! As we were negotiating offers, I could tell that Natalie’s experience was really shining through with how she was getting things done. All I had to do was let Natalie lead me right to the lawyer’s office for a quick closing. It was obvious to me that Natalie is very connected within the Mobile, AL area real estate market. Thanks, Natalie for making my recent sell and move a smooth experience.”

“I originally left a 1 star due to a phone call I had with Paul Carter presumably. I called to inquire about a rental and first question I ask is “is this rental pet friendly?” because I have a dog. He says “Um no, 99% of our rentals are not pet friendly, and that is because alot of people are irresponsible pet owners”. Well I laughed and hung up, I then left the 1 star because… just say yay or nay to that question there’s no need to add your personal comment about pet ownership. An hour later, Mr. Carter calls and texts asking me why I left 1 star and he felt that he wasn’t rude, so therefore I needed to remove my 1 star. So here I am, changing it to 5 stars. Hope this helps your rating.”

“Amanda helped my husband and I find our forever home. Amanda was kind, helpful, honest and thorough from the very start. She was also really patient, because we were only "looking" in the Mobile/Spanish Fort area. Little did we know that we would find the home we have been looking for in Bay Minette. She made closing easy with the closing agency and she was on her game. We would recommend Amanda over and over again. Thank you, Amanda for being so awesome and amazing!”
