Since I was 15 or 16 I opened first bank account with Merchants Bank downtown and since throughout the years the name finally became Regions. I am now 74 and still banking with them. Always have pleasant and informative people there. Sometimes drive up gets a little slow but does not matter. People need patience in this day and time. Will always bank at Regions. (Only thing I will say, wish their was a better interest rate in savings) (Maybe I need to check on their money market) love Regions Bank!

Stopped here to break a $100 bill... said they wouldn't give change if I didn't have an account. I'm sorry that just seems ridiculous- you're a bank.

All the bank tellers are super helpful and nice, can't say enough good things about the manager, Jason... I've had to wire money to family members out of state and he has been very helpful with that.

I’ve been to this location on other i assigns but today was an unpleasant experience. As I pulled up to the drive through window , I was not greeted nor acknowledged. In fact both reps walked away from the window. The female out of sight and the male rep talking to someone else. I proceeded to put my money in the tube and sent it into the bank, the male rep got the tube and confirmed I was making a deposit. I requested a sleeve for my quarters. As I waited the male vanished and the female rep sent my deposit slip and card back with no acknowledgment or roll for my quarters. They did not ask if I needed anything else or anything. This was by far my worst experience.

Been banking with regions for more years then I care to admit. They started to charge me their administrative fees.Now these accounts are substantial so I complained and they went back and fixed it.And then they did it again and then we consolidated accounts and fixed it again.Gotta watch them. They are the policy makers and set the fees.Well as a result the majority of my accounts now sit elsewhere and I keep tabs on them. No longer my favorite bank or neighbor

This Regions Bank branch is outstanding. From the Branch Manager Jason Turner and Ms Powe and all the way down to each teller, they are very professional and they treat the customer right each and every time. They are indeed 5 star performers!

Tellers are wonderful. Management team is the worst of any branch I have seen. Customer waits and waits while the team members in offices waste time by making mistakes. Will not be back. Need leadership change in this branch.

The teller very unprofessional, when I showed up in the drive thru and I said I need to withdraw money she is on the speaker asking me how much I need in front of other people out there and when i sent the withdrawal slip back she gets on the speaker to asked in front of everyone to verify the amount. She needs more training. Every other place asked me to send the box up so they can put a withdrawal slip in it for me to fill out then I send it back. Better training please.

The best branch !! I really enjoy going inside to do my banking, the tellers & branch officers are So very helpful !! They go above & beyond to help you with your banking, I am always guided by the staff with any & all issues I had, when someone was using my bank card !! I go a few miles out of the way to go to Hillcrest Branch !;

I have had my issues with Regions Bank over the past years.. from them screwing up my deposits to someone accessing my account to which they were little or no help.. my wife has an account with him and I have begged her to change Banks for the last 5 years but she refuses to do so. Well about a month-and-a-half ago my wife noticed a pending transaction for roughly $315 that we had no idea what or who it was. She immediately called the bank explain this was not us we did not authorize it and do not honor it.. well as you probably already guessed Regions Bank does not care what their customers say they do what they want anyway and they pay these people. The night my wife called she had her debit card cancelled and ordered a new one and they told my wife that they would expedite the card because we were leaving out of town in 4 days for Thanksgiving. After two days we heard nothing so my wife decided to call them and find out what was going on. It showed the cancellation it showed the order of a new card but it would arrive 6 to 10 days later but there was an investigation into the incident. About three weeks later we received a letter from Regions Bank saying that through their investigation they decided that since we did not complain or show concerns about the transaction that it was legitimate and they were going to let it stand as is.. we took that letter and went to our local Regions Bank and spoke to a girl there. We tried to get the manager but some style whenever you have a problem with the bank the managers are either too busy to speak to you or they're never around.. we showed her the letter she was cool as confused as we were it showed the day of the phone call where my wife cancel the card because it was fraud that by itself shows we were concerned about the transaction. We said it wasn't us regions says f*** you yes it was.. the girl in our local branch was nice she tried to reopen the case and have a second investigation done because clearly we were concerned. About two and a half weeks later we received another letter word for word just like the first one. At this point to be honest I was ready to go into Regions Bank and probably get arrested.. about two weeks after we receive that letter the money was deposited back into our account without any explanation...
