Regions Bank is a full-service provider offering checking and savings accounts, loans, credit lines, and business services. It provides excellent customer service with pleasant and informative people. The bank tellers are super helpful and nice, and the manager is also highly regarded. Additional services include check cashing and Western Union money transfers. While the drive-up can sometimes be slow, customers express long-term loyalty, banking with them for decades. The workers are very friendly and professional. Any questions I ask I get an answer and if I do not understand then they will explain it to me in a very friendly manner.
