“Kevin and Marion moved me from Ozark to Mobile and it has been the best experience ever. They are quick, hard working and nice individuals.
We started in Ozark in the morning, and ended at the storage in Mobile the day after. During the night, the truck was kept in a climate control facility with no additional charges. They arranged everything in the storage in such a professional way, and worked so fast!
Kevin advised me to keep my vintage fridge’s door open in the storage, and they both remembered very well to place the plastic boxes by the door the way I had asked them to do. The price was reasonable, and much lower than the estimate. It is better to estimate a higher cost and reduce it later, if it’s necessary, and Kevin will do it for you, as he is fair. Keep it in mind when you hire this great company.

“This is not a review of PODS because they have failed to meet our expectations overall, however, their driver, Mike, who dropped off our empty PODs in Belforest (AL) and picked up was exceptional. He communicated clearly and was extremely professional. It has been their administrative office/HQ who have been extremely disappointing and have failed to meet expectations. We were told delivery could be made within seven days of notification, which turned out not to be the case. Further, upon speaking first to an agent, and next to a supervisor, a satisfactory resolution still has not been reached and not follow thru occurred l, as promised. Mike was exceptional. It’s a shame the rest of the organization does not follow his ethical customer service.”

“Reasonable hourly rate ✔️On time ✔️Professional✔️Fast Paced ✔️✔️Came prepared w/ packing material ✔️Tim & Merle we’re amazing!!! We didn't realize how much stuff we had butttt they packed 80% of our house in 30 minutes ??We mainly hired them for the heavy items.(furniture, appliances, bed , dressers etc..) but since they were moving so fast we allowed them to move some of our small boxes and bags too. My husband and I were very empress by their work! Definitely going to use this moving company again!!!”
