If I could rate them less than one, I would. Zero accountability and protection. Tickets were stolen, transferred, then resold. Ticketmaster did nothing

Will never buy any type of pre-paid parking from Ticketmaster again. They provided the wrong parking information for an event then claimed they can't refund, instead saying contact the event organizer. I'm definitely contacting my credit card company instead.
