Will never buy any type of pre-paid parking from Ticketmaster again. They provided the wrong parking information for an event then claimed they can't refund, instead saying contact the event organizer. I'm definitely contacting my credit card company instead.

Ticketmaster is a belligerent dinosaur that needs to be sliced in the jugular and bled out by a competitor with a working knowledge of I.T. and a modicum of respect for customers.If you are an artist or a venue, FOR THE LOVE OF SOCIETY PLEASE stop awarding contracts to this outdated, understaffed, careless vendor who refuses to do basic site and server maintenance or standard customer service. #BoycottTicketmaster

I guess I should have read some reviews before buying my tickets for Kane Brown here in Florida. This is the third location that is absolutely terrible and only has one star review. Lights review I just read if the event is using Ticketmaster don't buy any tickets at all they are absolutely terrible.

Had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank from a canceled concert bc ticketmaster never followed through with a refund as they said they would via multiple emails. Terrible company. Zero customer service.Buy your tickets elsewhere.

Use another service. If the show or sporting event you want to see uses Ticketmaster, run. No customer support, no refunds and zero responsiveness. If you want to throw money away using them, you should just burn it. Would be easier.

Their customer does not exist. I had a time window in which I applied for a refund because my event was rescheduled. I sent the refund request in and received an email confirmation from Ticketmaster. After the the refund time ended, ticketmaster claims they did not receive a refund request even though I forwarded the email they sent to me for the request. Crooks. Dont trust them. Go somewhere else.They do not receive phone calls or review any emails. Everything is auto reply.

Terrible awful company that will steal your money!!! I will NEVER use them again to buy tickets to events. Out $400 for an event that was cancelled due to Covid-19. (Tickets were purchased way before there were any concerns over cancelled events) We have been waiting for a refund for 4 months! Terrible company!

They do not stand by their "product". Events get rescheduled, and they won't refund your money. They coveniently put the blame off on the event organizers, and then say the name of the event organizers are confidential. Maybe try EventBrite instead. Avoid Ticket Master at all cost unless you want to lose hundreds of dollars like me. Also dont buy tickets to the Chris Stapleton All American Roadshow. They have alreday rescheduled it twice and now. It's now a WHOLE YEAR AND A HALF out from the original date. And refuse to refund my money.

Charging $50 in fees when the tickets only cost $100 is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Will purchase from the box office from now on. Stop being greedy.
