West Mobile has grown leaps + bounds since this post office was first opened. It is a very small location and can be over crowded, especially during the holidays. I mail many items from here, both personal and online orders. The staff is for the most part very helpful.

I don't understand the negative posts. Each time I visit, the employees are helpful and courteous

The employees at the desk here are great! Always so polite and patient. They are so overworked due to the location serving a larger populous than it should be. Another location really needs to be opened in the very rapidly growing west Mobile area. The whole area needs to rezoned really.
