The few times that I have had mail misdelivered, or had any issues I was contacted within 24 hours by the man who oversees this location I believe his name is Marco... I think their service and communication are excellent! My only complaint is how dark it is in the lobby you can barely see anything. I appreciate you all very much. Thank you”

“West Mobile has grown leaps + bounds since this post office was first opened. It is a very small location and can be over crowded, especially during the holidays. I mail many items from here, both personal and online orders. The staff is for the most part very helpful.”

She is actually the reason I go out of my way to come to this post office because all other post office’s that I’ve gone to, I am met with rude and dismissive workers. “If you’re driving a semi-truck, follow the route I outlined to avoid blind spots. You can park overnight if needed, and the facility opens at 6 a.m. The staff are friendly, unload quickly, and it’s easy if you take your time.”

“I recently had an issue with a piece of mail that had gotten lost in the system. I went to this location post office to ask for additional information. The two postal agents I spoke with went above and beyond to help me track down the package. Having moved from an area that was known for poor customer service - I was expecting the same. The man behind the counter and his supervisor went out of their way to help locate the letter and work to get it re-delivered. This is coupled with great service from our regular letter carrier. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews and gather that others may have had a bad experience. I'm thankful for the individuals I've dealt with and am glad that they are part of the process.”

“This is actually a wonderful post office. I didn’t know about it at first and it is farther away from where I live than my other USPS options, however, I have found myself bringing things with me if I know I will be in the area and skipping over other USPS to come to this one.
The service is fast, they have everything you need and the employees are absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind and efficient.
I highly recommend this post office and cannot be more grateful that I found this location.”
