One of the worst displays of teamwork I’ve ever witnessed. I waited 1.5 hours to get some cough syrup. None of the technicians wanted to help each other. The lady helping me spent 5 minutes looking for my prescription before the second lady, who was watching the whole time, finally told her where it was at (directly next to the second lady). Instead of immediately checking out the customer who had been there for an hour at this point (me), I was told to wait in line and pay behind people who had been there for 20 minutes. I wouldn’t have minded this part, except that some other guy who arrived way after me was allowed to cut back to the front of the line when his prescription was ready 10 minutes after he got there. Then, when I was being checked out, the lady helping me was having trouble scanning my prescription due to using the wrong scanner, which she wasn’t aware of. So either the technicians aren’t being trained properly, or this location is dealing with a revolving door of employees.
Either way, I expect a pharmacy to be better run than this.

A one-star rating for Walgreens Pharmacy, as a whole is too much at this point. I filled my son's Epilepsy medicine, a controlled substance 3 days ahead as instructed by a previous technician at this location to avoid refill delays. The app showed processing but yesterday showed the prescription expired. His prescriptions are refilled every 6 months for both of his medications after follow-up visits with Neurology, which in this case was December. It is impossible to get someone on the phone, so I went to the store, only to be told the prescription was expired, however in December we were told that there were multiple prescriptions in the system for refills. The technician looked at both medications and stated only one was called in, completely false, and also confirmed with the office this morning that both were called in at the same time in December. The technician then informs me they don't even have the medicine. It will be on Wednesday if ordered. We get this medicine every month how do you not do an inventory of active prescriptions? This is a 6-year-old's EPILEPSY medicine, not a bottle of Tylenol!!! It can't just wait. Per their policy online they are required to notify patients they don't have a medication or if an updated prescription is needed. I am set up for both in-app, and text notifications, and my phone seems to be ringing just fine! I received nothing. I moved my daughter's medication last month also a controlled substance for ADD that can't be filled until the day of because they expected us to wait 4 days of her not having it for them to order it. She's been on the same medicine for 3 years. After 20 years I will NEVER use them again. Please do not trust them with your life or your family's life.

Always have products in stock and friendly employees. Being open 24/7 is a big plus as well. I have used their photo service twice now and they all turned out great and were done within 30 minutes of my order being placed.

It states online that they do money orders.I get there and the guy says they do not.
So either he lied or their website did.

Perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Standing at the counter right now to pick up my dad’s prescription, and I have been for 10 minutes without so much as eye contact or an acknowledgement. They seem to be busy, but at least show a sign of life. There’s a reason we’ve moved all of our prescriptions elsewhere.

I’m losing my patience with this Walgreens. I don’t have a car so I recently ordered my prescriptions to be delivered. Door Dash was the delivery platform but I placed the order through the Walgreens app. Well, the Dasher never delivered my medications instead bringing them back to the store causing me to have to get a ride to the pharmacy the following day. Neither Door Dash nor Walgreens would accept responsibility for this and refund me my same day delivery fees and the tip the dasher got to keep. They bounced me back and forth to each other until Walgreens offered me $10 in Walgreens cash. My order was $22… This just really left a sour taste in my mouth.
Editing to add: removing a star.
Placed an online order for my prescriptions and some other items to pick up. Received the email stating they were ready. I arrive and they are not. Then, the pharmacy tech doesn’t know how to check out an online order and keeps asking for a barcode to scan to prove I’ve paid for it. I show them all the emails I received - no barcode. Meanwhile, my Uber is outside and kindly waiting past the time limit for me to finish! Pharmacy tech asks the pharmacists for help and this lady comes over shouting that without the code they can’t do anything. Talking to me as if I’m trying to get one over on them.
Manager finally comes over and shows them they’ve been ringing it up WRONG. They should have done something else first and it would have worked fine.
Walgreens, please train your staff. And how can you let them talk to people that way? The black pharmacist with long blonde hair is just unbelievably rude. Didn’t even look into the problem.
I think I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere soon. This is becoming such a hassle.

I was picking up my mother’s prescription (she is a cancer patient) I waited almost 20 minutes while there was no one else in line. It was for pain medicine that her doctor called in for her while she was at treatment today. A blonde girl looked at the prescription and said “oh hell no we aren’t doing this shit” to the other employee. They talked to the pharmacist (at this point they haven’t said anything to me) they then told me I can’t pick it up until tomorrow due to the time frame we picked it up last. I totally understand protocol but I do not understand how this is not the doctors discretion - either way they the way that they behaved was absolutely ridiculous. They should really work on their professionalism. The original girl that helped me was very nice I wish I would have gotten her name- but the blonde girl was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve already gotten her doctor to move her prescription so we will no longer do any business there.

I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears but this pharmacy and the one on Hillcrest are terrible.. and terribly managed. The techs have terrible attitudes for healthcare workers, the pharmacists do the bare minimum, and your medication can be there and you’d never know. Why as a patient do I have to come with my own questions for a new medication? It’s literally the pharmacists job to advise patients on medications. I ended up in urgent care because I wasn’t told I couldn’t take two medications of my medications simultaneously. Very pathetic to say the least.
