Walmart Neighborhood Market offers a wide selection of items, including electronics, home furniture and appliances, toys, clothing, baby gear, and video games, helping customers save money and live better. The store carries some unique products not found in other stores, such as specialty Mexican dried peppers, corn husks for tamales, La Banderita chorizo, Galileo salame, Swiss Gruyere, and Bob's Red Mill white grits, which can be a pleasant surprise for shoppers. However, the shopping experience can be inconsistent. Customers have reported rude behavior from staff at the customer service desk, particularly during returns, and feel that the store's size has led to a decline in customer service quality. Self-checkout options are often frustrating due to technical issues, limited payment options, and a lack of staff assistance, causing long wait times. Although the employees are generally friendly and helpful, high employee turnover means customers rarely see the same staff twice. The store tends to be busy at all times, and checkout lines can be very long, especially when staffing is inadequate. Overall, while Walmart Neighborhood Market provides some unique products and friendly staff, issues with customer service, checkout, and store management can detract from the shopping experience.
Prices are getting higher fast. But they sell so much its generally the freshest foods. I feel prices could be lower. Not enough open cashiers.

Self check was a mess. One will only take cards. One will only take cash. A third one was down and could not be used. And not enough employees to assist. Took me almost 20 minutes to check out
