“For some reason the food here tastes better. I can get a box of milk duds from here and a box of milk duds from somewhere else and they don't taste the same. The same goes for anything else on the shelf! It's just better”

“I don't shop in Publix very often, the prices are much higher than other grocery stores. And I've had some rather serious issues with the Pharmacy. One day, I got an SMS message saying that my script was ready. So, I drove over, went to the Drive-Thru, and when I stated my name & birthdate, after quite a lengthy conversation behind the counter, the Pharmacist came to the window and said that my script had been given to someone else!! REALLY??? I asked if they had asked for the address, and of course the Pharmacist didn't know. She said they called this person, who is a regular, and she agreed to bring it back. I don't know if this was done or not, but has anyone ever even heard of something like this?? Me neither. Anyway, there have been different, smaller incidences with the Pharmacy, but that is why the 4 star. I hope it never happens to anyone else because it's a little scary.”
“I just went to the new Publix and I was quite impressed. The store was clean, organized and the employees were very friendly. It reminded me of the delchamps I used to go to before wal mart put them out of business. Some of their items are a little pricey but I think overall it would probably work out the same on my grocery bill. I will be shopping with them on a regular basis if for no other reason than to show wal mart that there is a new kid on the block.”
“I love going to this store because the deli food is excellent, especially the catfish. Everyone there makes you feel like family and often greets you by name. It's an excellent place for lunch.”
“Nice, big grocery store. Prices aren’t that great, but they do the meats really well. The only downside about doing business here is the parking lot. It wasn’t designed for full-size trucks, yet those are in full bloom 90% of the time. And, everyone passing through the lot seems to be in such a rush, they forget all about being courteous drivers. The combination makes for a miserable arrival and departure experience.”
“Always an exceptional shopping experience, I love going there because they tend to have things stopped at other stores don't even sell; black super Walmart... Just saying I'm a Texas girl so going to rouses the closest will get to going to any of our grocery stores in Texas”

The store is clean, shelves are ALWAYS stocked and it is refreshing to see local food vendors like Naman's and Three George's inside the store. Hot food bars are great!

“This bakery market quickly became one of our favorite stops for fresh bread and desserts during the week. The smell alone when you walk inside tells you everything is baked fresh daily. We’ve tried several items so far including sourdough bread, muffins, cookies, and fruit pastries, and every product has been consistently excellent. Compared to packaged baked goods from regular grocery stores, the freshness and texture here are on another level completely. The staff is friendly, patient, and always willing to recommend new items to try. It’s the kind of local business that makes you want to support smaller shops more often.”
“All I wanted was a drink. It took me running an extra mile out of the city to find someone willing to sell me one. No cash. Only tippy tap. All I wanted was a water. 2 shops on the main downtown area refused me Becuase I was under $5. Seriously we can’t get water? This dude was dripping in sweat from stupidly going for a run in the Mobile swamp heat. As I stagger across the road I walk into the heavenly site that was Greers. I could not believe the prices. 89 cents for a body armour drink and they weee so happy to sell me it. Best prices and best services in town. I highly recommend anyone running downtown to stop here at the end or mid run and grab your snackies and drinkies. Added bonus was the scooter outside in the event you dont want to finish your run.”
“This is by far my favorite store! The managers and staff are great. The store is always clean. There are 2 DG closer to me that I avoid, because the stores look like bombs went off and the employees don’t care.”

“We drive from Ocean Springs MS to visit this small but well stocked grocery. It has all the ingredients we need to keep the spices, flours, and rices to make our indian dinners at home. ❤️ the fresh vegetables as some are so very hard to find.”
“This is a very good Dollar General store. They have such good low prices. I often get snacks and candy here. They also have plenty of good beverages and meal foods. I like their cards and gift wrap and gift bags also. The staff seems nice to help make it a good store!”

“Be careful shopping there, unfortunately the store district manager is unaware that con artists and Cashiers are hackers and stealing people's 16-digit credit card and debit card number identification off your credit cards but it's not everyone there also remember to use cash and be safe, cautious and careful ( scc )”
“These places are everywhere. They are not as big and unwieldy as Walmart. The prices are close to the big box stores and you don't have to cover acres to find things. We found just what we needed in less than 5 minutes. We waited less than 5 minutes at checkout. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. It was a good experience.”
