Eager to sell. Could not print or email me a bill (wanted to pay off devices). I haven't seen a bill ever, period. Nor could contacting the att service by phone...like nobody can give me a bill! The ladies working were very nice, but unable to solve my problem.

I just want to brag on Monroeville ,Alabama's AT&T store , but mostly on Samantha . Today a Sunday , she went over and beyond her duties as an employee, especially one having to work on a weekend day . She was more than helpful and kind to my husband and I. She helped us get what we needed fixed ... fixed and working. She showed THE BEST EXAMPLE of what customer service should be. We walked out bragging about her to each other bc she was such a big help , and her kind ways made it an even better experience!!! So Samantha , if you can see this or it can be shown to you, " Thank You " You sweet lady made our week, and have made me especially believe that there are good and kind people willing to help out their customers still. sincerely , The Wards
