One employee went above and beyond by helping to put a belt on a car in the parking lot. Orders placed through the app are always ready on time, and staff provide good service even in busy times. While not the cheapest store, AutoZone offers a reliable experience with helpful staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
Service was amazing. I went for a new battery and was quickly helped and even replaced it for me. I was able to shop for deals while waiting. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Stopped at Auto zone in Monroeville to see about getting a new battery installed in my key fob. The sweetest girl (Abbie) told me no problem and installed the battery within 5 minutes! She was precious and I will definitely go back! 5 stars for sure!
