“10/10 service, not a single complaint to give. My company car, an older model Toyota Sienna, gave out on me during my travels and needed a diagnostic and repair. Keeny’s Collision Center was highly-rated and on the top of the list for search results in my area of Monroeville, AL. I gave them a ring and they answered promptly, asked for a general background of the situation, and through the phone alone they almost instantly knew what the issue was but couldn’t give a definitive answer without a proper inspection. I requested that I’d also need a tow from my location. Within 10 minutes of my initial call, they picked up the car and brought it to the shop for a thorough review. I called for the tow late within their business hours so I was prompted to call first thing in the morning. I did just that and within an hour of that call, my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. The price for tow and service was incredibly fair and the payment process was simple and easy. If you’re having any vehicle related issues and need assistance, Kenny’s Collision Center is your go-to shop. My sincere thanks to the staff and technicians on the exceptional service!”
