I requested that I’d also need a tow from my location. Within 10 minutes of my initial call, they picked up the car and brought it to the shop for a thorough review. I called for the tow late within their business hours so I was prompted to call first thing in the morning. I did just that and within an hour of that call, my vehicle was fixed and ready to go.
