Monroeville is a quaint little town with some literary history. If you are fans of Harper Lee and Truman Capote - the town of their birth provides an excellent tribute to their craft.
And you must go to a spring showing of the play, To Kill A Mockingbird. Outstanding.

The tour guide was very informative and a pleasure to talk to. Although I don't think I have ever read the book, I'm pretty sure I saw parts of the movie. I was so young then so I'm going to purchase the book and get into the story.
