I would just like to know why every time I come into cvs now and get ready to check out, I am directed by your cashiers to the self checkout. I don’t work for cvs and I don’t like going to the self checkout. I can understand going to self checkout if you are in hurry and don’t want to wait. But just to automatically direct customers to self checkout when there is absolutely no one else checking out at the register is just totally disrespectful to any shopper coming to your business to spend their hard earned money. The only reason that my score is not lower is because the young lady that help me check out at the register was very nice. One worker was not she didn’t have time . I think I’m just going to try another cvs.

They routinely never carry any medication I need. It’s always out of service and will take days to get. Currently needing medicine for insomnia - so I guess I won’t sleep at all this weekend. Thanks, CVS!

Why is there a self checkout? I love self checkouts as someone that doesn’t have the energy to interact with a person. HOWEVER, the one at this place is either just being run by a cashier or the employees are just trying to talk to you every time you use it. Please just leave me alone and let me do this simple task with a system that’s designed to allow me to do it ALONE. I even had big fat noticeable headphones on to denote my lack of willingness to socially interact and this person still just started moving their mouth at me. So to get through this interaction as fast as possible I begrudgingly took my headphones off to answer all the questions THAT LITERALLY APPEAR ON THE SCREEN. Anyway.
Side note: Everything here is very expensive compared to any other store in town.

The team at cvs is the best. They can do anything, from help you locate the right item for your needs, to helping you print pictures at a moments notice. They don’t mess around!!

CVS Main Street- self check out is for self checkout. Why are y’all always directing people who can’t check themSELF out to self check out then making people who have one item and obviously in a hurry and need quick check out come to front desk while you help people at self check out…and wait on y’all? Then hover over people at self checkout… really defeats the purpose. I’m so uncomfortable every time I shop here. Every time I go to self check out someone is standing there telling me to scan my card and walking me thru steps…. That I don’t need bc I shop here every other day and the screen literally reads out loud the instructions already…It’s the most awkward and annoying experience…. If it’s a problem with shrink- don’t have self check out and staff 2 cashiers.

Terrible service. Said no more refills left on medication that Dr said they sent. Important medication that doesn't need to be stopped. Person I spoke with didn't seem to care and just said to call Dr. No compassion at all! I'm done with CVS.....

Disgusting! The highest prices on Goods in all of Montevallo! You can quote me on that! They crank their prices at least $2 above everyone else to take advantage of struggling college students. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere and save your money because this place is trash. You'll be hard for us to find an employee, and then all they're overpriced Goods usually have some kind of gross residue on them.
