“They were able to accommodate a large storage unit at the last minute when the closing on my house was delayed one day. It was an interstate move so it was extremely stressful for me. He went out of his way to arrange the necessary paperwork. I would definitely recommend this storage company.
You don't get geeat customer service like this very often these days.”
“I went to penske to look at a semi truck that was for sale. When I arrived the gentleman at the counter was actually on his lunch break but took the time to help me and told me where the truck was at and got the manager to assist me. I ended up buying the truck. Thank you for the friendly service.”
“Chicos has been excellent for picking up as well as dropping off U-Haul trucks. The entire staff is extremely polite and very helpful and I really appreciate them all.”
“These ladies here, are better than u haul ever thought about being. I was overjoyed at the condition of the truck! The price for goods ratio here is beyond any other moving company in the area. Which in my case is nothing but neighborhood u hauls that all pitiful in customer service and never have anything in their yard and always recommend that I take two hours out of my day to drive to Pelham, Al. I don't have time nor do I have the patience to drive to Pelham to deal with them to drive the truck back out to Chilton county. With these ladies they made the whole process a breeze and kept my comfortable through the whole process. I highly recommend their services!!!”
“My wife and I rented two trailers from uhaul. Each from different locations., mine from this location, hers from another. Rentals were for hurricane relief to our friends and family in Florida. This location had well maintained equipment and very friendly service. Not so much with the one my wife rented ( total disaster with hers). I'd recommend this location to my own grandparents. Pleasant experience and great service. Maybe all locations should be as attentive!!!”
