Fort Knox Storage has a pleasant and professional place to store personal items. Lisa always answered the phone with a very clear and nice voice. She is amazing, very helpful and makes sure everything is secured. The management is excellent and has the utmost best customer service. Check-in and checkout were seamless, the truck was clean and well‑maintained, and renting a uHaul truck was stress‑free and enjoyable. Lisa walks the property and makes sure everything is secured.
Everyone who we have had contact with has been very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Space is not climate controlled, but we do not require that for the things we placed there and it is gated.
