His branch was unfortunately out of the space that I needed and he immediately got on the phone with another branch that had what I needed and was able to secure the space from the counter thereby saving me time in crunch. “My experience so far at istorage has been great.. the employees are very nice and friendly, helpful also, but I'm having an issue with my door, it is way off of it's track and I literally cannot open it or close it on my own , other than that, I am glad that someone recommended istorage to me when I needed a place to move my stuff. The facility is clean and taken care of, security measures are in place and I feel totally safe there even after dark. Thank you guys and could someone please fix my 🚪,924.”

“I reserved my unit online and arrived at location but a sign was up saying at lunch. Not long after a woman came to the door saying she would get me started and came back from lunch early to help me. Ms T is very nice friendly helpful went over everything with me really went the extra mile to give the best service she could for me. The location is secure fully fenced gated entrance is with code and lots of security cameras. The grounds are free of debris and trash. And my unit was clean just a couple webs in corner. Plenty of space to maneuver around and locks are available for purchase if needed. Not to mention the prices are a good value”
