Absolutely terrible! We ordered a pickup rental and showed up to pick it up during their hours of operation. No one was there and no truck for us to pick up. We waited and called the phone number and spoke to a customer representative who said that someone cancelled our order two days prior. We didn’t ask for a cancellation and they couldn’t tell us why it was cancelled. We also never were notified.

Had the worse customer service ever. The store was closed when it clearly supposed to been open . Threatened to call the police because I was waiting for internet connection to unblock my card. IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS DO NOT GOT HERE

Absolutely awful service. Straight 0 out of 5 stars. They don't even deserve one star. I do not recommend them. Do not ever ever use this U Haul because they will not help you. They won't help you, hitch it. They won't help you unhitch it. They'll tell you to move it all yourself...by hand into position, once it's in their possession, too.
And the lady looked at us like we're crazy.

Lisa always answered the phone when we called with a pleasant and professional voice, and was always very very helpful, clear and really nice every time we called!

LISA IS "AMAZING" AMAZING" SHE IS VERY THERAL WHEN GIVING INFORMATION... IT SHOWS THAT SHE LOVES HER JOB. SHE'S VERY PRIDEFUL WHEN DOING SO... YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THAT SHE CARES ABOUT THE PROPERTY.. SHE WALKS THE PROPERTY AND MAKES SURE EVERYTHING IS SECURED.. SHE'S JUST GREAT!

Check-in and checkout were seamless. The truck was clean and well-maintained. Lisa is AMAZING and made renting a uHaul truck stress-free and enjoyable. When I need another truck, I won’t be using any other location.

Good clean place for storage. Gated, two entry points, various size units. Reasonable rates for two months during our moving process. Dakota, the on-site manager, was courteous and quickly got me set up with storage when I arrived the first day.

I used Fort Knox Storage for only a few months, but I was very pleased with their customer service. Whenever I had an issue they would respond back immediately. They also had the best pricing in the area. I do recommend them to anyone looking for storage.
