They do not waste your time, they explain everything you want to know about your accounts . if your are a business person and need some additional information to improve your business. “The 5 star is for the staff, otherwise this bank is terrible. Mon-Thurs they close at 3pm, Friday at 5pm when most banks stay open til 6pm, Saturdays not open when most banks are open on Saturday. The beginning of September, I will be closing my account.”
