“I bought a compressor on May 20 for my 2011 Toyota Corolla. The compressor I bought was a remanufacturer compressor but by mistake. I thought it was a new one and it had no warranty and It cost $398.63 being a remanufacturer sometimes they goes out a lot faster than the new ones. I took it back and because I didn’t realize it didn’t have a two-year warranty. I was denied my refund but being great people that O’Reillys auto parts is especially the O’Reilly auto parts on Atlanta Highway and the great district manager, Mike and service marquis Who helped me rectify the situation great job. They helped me get store credit since I shot there all the time but they wouldn’t let the problem. Just go away like other parts auto parts in Montgomery, Alabama. They help me get this resolved thank you thank you so much and they call me back to make sure that I received good customer service you guys keep up the great work”

“My family and are traveling from Florida to Kentucky, we stopped by O’Reillys because the battery light came on in my 2015 Chevrolet Traverse. I came in was greeted by a young lady and told her our problem she came out to test my battery and it tested bad. She also stated that with the battery behind the passenger seat in the floor it would be time-consuming, but she will do everything in our power to assist us to get home safely. “My experience was great! When I first pulled up I thought I was going to leave disappointed after talking to the first representative. Then when I was about to leave I needed to get jumped off. I ran into the manager and he said sir we can do this we just have to do it in less than 10 mins. Well they changed the battery in less than 5. Awesome work”
