I had a small fender bender and decided to go to a smaller repair shop who has been in business for many years, I chose Precision Body and Paint. The staff was very professionaland handled all the insurance communication and finished the repairs when promised. Then work was A-ONE as my car was restored as if new. I canno tell there was ever any work done there. Additionally, Scott put on a small piece of door handle hardware for me.The car is performing great, and I missed her while she was gone!”

“Outstanding service by Terry. Sometimes, getting my trusty '82 Jeep worked on can be hit-or-miss. A lot of current mechanics aren't used to the older cars and start throwing item after item at you that are "about to go". I can't even remember the last time I got an oil change and didn't get the "you could really use an air filter" act. Not Terry. He did a great job the first time and for a great price and didn't try to up-sell me. I was very pleased and I'll definitely be back. His place is a little out of the way, but it's worth the extra 5-10 minute drive.”

I have had my fair share of experiences with collision repair shops, and in all of my experiences I have never had a memorable one that I can relate nothing but positivity to. they got my vehicle back to me a week early and went above and beyond making sure that I was informed of every step during my repair as well as transporting me to and from rental agencies. I have never been handled with such care as a person and not a customer . While I hope to have no visits to a collision center in my near future, if I ever have to recommend one, this location would be the one hands-down. From the Front Desk to the estimate to The impeccable work done on my vehicle, which was brand new the day of my accident , no doubt I give this location a solid 100. Everything was so well organized and handled with the upmost care, concern, and consideration. A true model location for Gerber collision and glass. I will forever remember that for anyone that I may have to give my best advice , on where to get their vehicle repaired as hi am new to the area and have had not so great experiences in the past I took a chance on them and I will forever be thankful.
