The two gentlemen working, Will & Charles, were very accommodating! Instead of turning me away so they could hurry up and go home, they agreed to help me so I could drive home to Florida tonight. Didn't take long - Will had my tire plugged in less than 10 minutes, and I was good to go! He confidently explained that plugging materials are much better these days and more reliable, so I feel safe and was able to save $150 by not having to buy a brand new tire!
