“While driving home from Florida, we stopped for gas in Prattville and discovered that the engine splash shield under our Toyota Highlander was hanging down. We found Auto Body Services nearby and called to see if they could help. Dan told us to bring it right over. Dan and his team took care of us immediately, secured the shield, and had us safely back on the road in no time. When we asked how much we owed them, they said, “No charge — just leave us a review.” What wonderful kindness and customer service, especially for two travelers just passing through! We are so grateful to Dan and his team for going out of their way to help us. If we lived in the Prattville area, Auto Body Services would definitely be our choice. Thank you for turning an unexpected problem on a long drive home into such a positive experience!”
