“I needed/booked a big vehicle from one of the enterprise locations in Montgomery, AL for our family vacation during Xmas and New Year, but received old vehicle which was not good for long journey so returned it. That rental office staff were behaving rude and denied to give other available same type of vehicles. Requested them several times to give us any one vehicle since this type of cars were not available anywhere else in the city but they denied so we couldn't travel. This led to loose big amount that we paid for Airbnb bookings. Totally disgusting staff.
Next day I approached other enterprise location and requested Mr JD to give us big vehicle for our family vacation. He understood our need and helped us by giving good vehicle. Family felt happy for the vehicle and the trip went well smoothly. Thanks to JD.”

“Everything was great. The customer service was awesome. When picking up my rental car, I wasn’t even at the counter ten minutes. The car (Wagoneer) was amazing. When returning it, the experience was also great. The worker met me outside and checked the car back in. Overall a great experience and I will use National again.”

“I can not speak enough good things about this company. I've been riding with them since June of last year when I came home from the hospital. Let's first start with the polite and professionalism of their drivers. You're always greeted with a smile. If you're feeling chatty they'll listen and talk to you. Your driver will become like family. The last big ride I had with them... my driver sat through my aunt's funeral, wiped my tears and pat my back. It's gestures like this that add to the score and continuance of their service. Next we have the vans that are used: clean, sanitized, and always have a pleasant scent. Just going to go back to the drivers one more time: they are always willing to lend a helping hand. I have rode with drivers from some companies that drop you at the door like you figure it out. Just can't speak enough of the wonderful job they do! Thirdly: you are reminded the day before your ride a day before hand, and the day of your ride you get a heads-up text and another one when they are outside.”

“Cannot recommend Fastbreak and curbside service enough. Shuttle dropped us off at the car and when we returned it and employee drive us in our rental to our airline check-in counter at the airport. Car was clean. Drive great.”

“With a lot of negative reviews, I’d like to shed some light on my experience with this location. I have rented twice now and both times I have had no complaints. I was in and out in flash and both reservations were never compromised.
The first visit I did have an older vehicle and the check engine light came on. Although inconvenient, I was able to bring the car back and swap it for an upgraded vehicle as an apology.
I will continue my business with them. Thank you for making my trips easier and expedient!”
“I've been renting with this company for years, anytime I've never had a bad experience and all the representatives know me by name no matter which Thrifty I go to. I'm always referring family, friends and associates because I know it's great customer service, fast and friendly service and if you encounter any issues they still solve it before it becomes a problem. When you are good to people, they are good to you so keep that in mind before going to the desk with an attitude because you had a bad day.”

“No problem hassle free they explain time of service that the deposit is on hold for 1 day that's to make sure no tickets red light or car is damaged if no problem then day after vehicle is turned in they reimburse the deposit or some if I'm not mistaken but either way they are good I will go to them anytime I planned on next month for my granddaughter gymnastics tournament”
