“I have been pleased since returning to Alabama after 30 years away to shop at Roses on Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery. I commend the manager for pleasant shopping experiences. The store is bright, clean and well stocked. Employees are helpful and friendly.
I had a recent problem with a receipt when I got home and realized that I had been double charged for several items amounting to about $20 on a $196 purchase. I was not able to return until Thursday. The manager was helpful and efficient. The cashier andvmanager remembered my purchase and our friendly banter at checkout. They recalled my purchases and agreed I had only purchased singles of the questioned items. The manger issued a credit promptly and I felt reassured it had simply been an error from having so many items being placed on the counter.”

“There are Marshall and TJMaxx nearby, and compared to those stores, the clothing and other brand values here might be lower. However, the prices are unbeatable for the value. The store isn’t well-organized, so you need to take your time to find good items. Personally, I like their imported groceries (like sesame seeds, ginger powder, pho ingredients), so I drop by occasionally.”
“2-18-23Ran in here for some plastic champagne glasses for my friend. I brought her the bubbly but didn't realize that she had no glasses. She is in the process of moving into her new home here in Montgomery. The Dollar Tree store is my go to store for everything and anything as you know they will have it. At $1.25 there is no guilt that you over paid. This particular visit I got a package of six plastic cups with six matching bottoms. Also got some Tylenol PM for my travel bag. Great place to stock up and get it when you think about it so it is there when needed next.”
“Store is usually stocked pretty well and clean compared to other locations. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they have someone in a pink car that ALWAYS double parks. It’s super inconsiderate of others.”
“Will tell you the truth I love working at general Dollar store I have came into some of them some nice people playful at times by also at working hard people at times they're enjoyable they're just like we all in this together we get it done together and we live together if one person is out there waiting on their ride we all stay until that person is picked up if someone is out there and one of the cars broke down we wait on each other until somebody come to pick them up or get their car but it is joyful and I really do like it and I like being an employee at general Dollar store so keep the good work up”

“So I had to put some money on my card for emergency reason I'm new down here from Brooklyn New York my cash app did something funny and I started to panic so I said oh God I got a call Dollar General and and get someone to give me some help I didn't even know what to do I'm not familiar with cash app like that. Anyway then take long at least three rings and this lady her name is Yanni, she was so kind her tone her demeanor was calming, and made me feel a little easy. Long story short, she gave some great advice I listened and I took it and I saw everything went through now that's customer service I appreciate her big time! Oh yeah by the way shout out to Devonte he was very patient as I was having technical difficulties at the register it's a good little team I appreciate them I will definitely be back”

“Always great deals on holiday items. I find everything that I need to decorate my home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Plus a good variety of disposable baking pans that come in handy for different occasions. Love this store and the fact that I live minutes away is a bonus.”

“Cashiers were friendly in the times I had been in to grab a few small items. The food area can seem a tad empty. Manager was working as Cashier one day and was nice to me. It is a small store located close to many homes but you would have to drive there as there is no sidewalks.”

“I came from Atlanta to visit family and needed to stop at this store. The staff is extremely friendly and I appreciate that. “What people fail to realize is that the store have shortage on employees. The store can’t operate with one person from open to close I’m sure. A lot of the stores lately have been closing early or opening late because they don’t have help.”

“When I entered was greeted by the cashier working and another cashier as she came to the front gave me a warm smile. I was first in line in two incidences on same night and was checked out rapidly. I did have a question on paying a bill but she did not know they answer, no problem it did work out well. I do not really like this chain of stores but they carry those prepaid cards which my husband uses in his business online services. I like that they do offer $5.00 off of $25 or more every weekend.”
