“I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Amber and her manager. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me. Amber was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered.

“My sales lady was amazingly attentive and helpful I went saturday (6-15) morning around 1030 they only had 2 workers but they were both super nice and funny and did there best to let people know they will be with us ASAP. While phones were transferring they helped people with minor request so they didn't have to wait. I don't remember their names but the store manager should give the 2 workers from this day the props the deserve.”
