The woman at the register was so nice. She told me how to get a coupon for my order online, so that I could apply it to my order. That's going above and beyond with customer service. I bought my holiday outfit with accessories.

Had to wait 10 minutes for a cashier to show up to check us out. Store was clean and well stocked. Prices were sooooooo high.

I've been waiting on bracelet to come back fixed since October every time it gets sent off one of the employees constantly puts in my information wrong so it still isn't fixed when I called back to speak with the jewelry dept today because I missed the call then I called back 5 mins later at least 10 times no answer I called the men's dept and the young lady transferred me over to jewelry after I told her there was no answer I called back to the mens dept a young man answered and he told me he has a long line he can't do anything besides transfer me again I asked could he call over the Intercom for someone to answer he said he was not going to and still proceeded to transfer me and no one still answered I've spent hundreds of dollars just to not have my problem fixed and receive terrible customer service
