Well, today I have my watch and an apology for the misunderstanding about the time it would take and a deep discount on the amount I was charged from the original quoted price. Sometimes things happen. I was impatient. They made it right for me and I am pleased to change my review from negative to positive. If you haven’t stopped in this store, you should. I have never seen such beautiful unique pieces of jewelry and I am told most of it is made on-site!”

She offered great customer service. It was Valentine's Day, but we were there preparing to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We didn't feel pressured to buy. I adore my ring, it's beautiful.
