βFairly good wares. However the aisles are so close together it makes it difficult to navigate the store with a cart and baby. If they open up the aisle it would be 5 stars.β

βMy 1st experience was back in January of this year 2026, when my sister invited me and the Pastor down from VA,to a Bishops Ball, she told me about it so the next day we went and we shopped forever, it was too much in 1 day, I told my sister and the young ladies that own the shop that we came from VA, and we will definitely be back soon. Here we are today, May 13th 2026, we flew down from VA again to Pensacola because my sister has to preach. We got off the plane, got our rental car drove to my sister house and headed straight to Montgomery, they did not disappoint. I had a few dresses, in my hand but I only got 2 due to we're flying. But we will be back again soon. This is my new go to spot when I come to town. You all be blessed and continue to serve the ppl in Jesus mighty name....β

βI love Ross period, I like going to see different Rosses and comparing what they have that others don't have and it's always different especially in different demographic areas. This Ross had a lot of nice things that the Ross back home doesn't have even the set up was different. I went for my father to find him a shirt and it was very limited on long sleeve dress/casual like shirts.β
βHeather Pierce Deigns has been a life saver for me many times . I have a cricut machine but there are times I want it done right? so I will go to Heather Pierce. The staff is always so nice and they have always had my items done within two days. I couldnβt be happier with the stuff they have done for meβ
βI’ve just shopped with nancy and Lynne at the Talbots in Montgomery, Alabama East Chase shopping mall it was the one of the most delightful experiences I have had in years. I have been doing most of my shopping online with Talbots only because the service at the store previously had been very poor Associates had no knowledge of their inventory and at times appeared rude. Nancy and Lynn are a real asset to the company to the label and everything else. I highly recommend any.com folks in Montgomery to go back into the store when either or both of those girls are there you will not regret it. Thank you Talbots for dressing me for a very special occasionβ
βMy stylist was Bonisalla(hope this is her name) but she was AMAZING! I went out with no intentions of shopping bc I had no makeup on, dirty work clothes and just a sweaty mess. She treated me like royalty? The nicest, damn good salesman plus she was running the whole store herself with one other person. Always had a smile on her face and a genuine one at that. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!β

βThere isn't one near me in Palmetto Ga so I was so excited to shop here. It was very clean and the employees were helpful and friendly. It was a stain on some shoes that I wanted to buy and the workers did their best to clean them so that I can buy them.β

βThere are Marshall and TJMaxx nearby, and compared to those stores, the clothing and other brand values here might be lower. However, the prices are unbeatable for the value. The store isnβt well-organized, so you need to take your time to find good items. Personally, I like their imported groceries (like sesame seeds, ginger powder, pho ingredients), so I drop by occasionally.β

βIt was a great store but had a bad experience at the perfume and cologne area. The lady started helping us and then left us to help someone else and never came back. Felt like I was discriminated against. Sorry to say this but this was the way I was treated.β

βSaw a friend with a jacket on that was absolutely amazing! I called Henig and requested a size that was marked sold out. They forwarded me to a gentleman that asked my height and weight and he promised me the small would fit. I asked his name and he said Michael Henig. I just got the jacket and it is AMAZING!!! Thank you Michael. Now my wife wants a Fox Fur.β
