Max was my first financial institution and I used to rave about them! Customer service is just doesn't seem to be a priority anymore. Nowadays the wait times to get anyone on the line is horrible. I waited today for 35 mins only to hit the option to request a call back. Guess what, no call at all

Good looking and clean place but I'm not even at the back of the line and they only have two people working. This is their headquarters. Need to do better with staffing. Need to be able to get in and out much faster. Time is very valuable.

Been banking with these fine folks since the 90s, and rarely had a problem. Great people that provide great service.
