She said she usually doesn't work at that office because I was concerned about the 1.4 rating when I walked in and commented. I'm glad she was working. Receipt says, clerk 20.”

“I know all the reviews discourage giving this place a chance, but I think it was pretty good! I scheduled a passport appointment for this week 10:30 am. The wait can get long as they also have to assist with a long line. But the employee was informative and even when I forgot a document, he told me I could come back and he still helped me get my application in! They are a bit understaffed because they must tend to the line AND passport appointments, but I had a pretty good experience! Will definitely come back.”

“I don't know what post office those people are using. But I've gotten every package on time if not early and important stuff I have tracked and it always arrives on time and when I missed a delivery they followed my instructions and it delivered on the day and time I asked for. I know they are human and you can't control traffic , lights and dealing with crazy customers but they do a great job!Thank you!”
