“I've had good experiences while using the app. But I've had to personally go to a branch before, Montgomery is the closest branch to me which is 1hr and 45 mins from me, the next closest is Atlanta, 2 hrs and 45 mins from me. The Montgomery wait time is ridiculous, my wife and I waited over 1 1/2 hrs just to deposit a large check I received. My only advice is to open more branches and hire more staff at the Montgomery branch.”
