Shioka Birmingham, was the best teller ever on today. She working the drive thur, soon as I entered the lobby she admittedly greeted with a smile and was very helpful.

The bank needs more employees. Very slow Drive Thru. They have three lanes but only using two and it looks like one person is handling both the two open lanes. I have wait 20-30 min. on my lunch break
