Very pretty, but very slow during the week. No real restaurants or bars, kind of disappointing.

Riverfront Park seems like a lovely place. It was closed when we visited on a Sunday during Christmas, and it was quite cold, but I can imagine it being a very pleasant spot in warmer weather with great river views.
