“I was looking for the King Toe 435 non safety toe. I went to see Brad and he had me use the Ultimate Fit tool they had at the store. It recommended a particular insole for my feet. I tried on the boot and walked around. Then he put the recommended insole in the boot and Wow in made a big difference in the way it felt and the stability of the boot.”

“I loved the customer service I received from Ann today in the shoe department! I am a first-time mama expecting my second child soon, so I was kind of clueless about this walking/shoe thing, especially because my daughter's feet are relatively small. Ann took the time to greet us, assess our needs, point us to the right first walking shoe, sized my baby's feet, and gave me tips/things to be aware of when selecting and purchasing kids' shoes. Bonus: She was great with my child, who isn't very comfortable with strangers and new environments. Thank you, Ann!”

My favorite are the African clothes Most of the store is tailored towards older female patrons but a person under 50 could also find some they like in the store, whether it's a dress, jewelry, or a scarf. “I love Ross period, I like going to see different Rosses and comparing what they have that others don't have and it's always different especially in different demographic areas. This Ross had a lot of nice things that the Ross back home doesn't have even the set up was different. I went for my father to find him a shirt and it was very limited on long sleeve dress/casual like shirts.”

“We had the best customer service here. The employees are probably 17-25. But they are the best I’ve seen in a long time. I walked in I was greeted someone tried to help me but I was just looking. I left and came back. Someone different walked up to me to help, I needed it. I asked for two sizes. He didn’t come back until he found the shoe. Which they had but was hidden in the far back. I made my purchase ans was satisfied. Great place! First time here”
