Great attitude and charisma he definitely deserves a raise and standing ovation at your location. If you could hire him 10 more times do it. Went inside to return equipment and was not greeted at all! I was standing there , no guidance as to how to sign in or anything . Then , another woman walks in with equipment and was immediately told 3 people ahead and passed out a paper to her not me that we can go to a UPS store! Just no customer service at all!

Terrible customer service. People there work as a punishment. There is no cost to say hello or to be at least kind.
If you have the opportunity to take spectrum, please avoid it.

Some of the worst customer service you may ever experience by 'Michelle.' I should have suspected as much when the person waiting in front of me allowed me to skip her spot in line when Michelle called her up.
A simple service of picking up a router and modem, with valid ID should not be as difficult as she made the interaction, simply because she didn't listen. Then instead of an apology or saying she misunderstood, just rudely ended the exchange by saying "we ain't got a ethernet cable."

My wife waited in the store with the equipment we needed to return for 30 minutes only to be told she couldn't return it in store and had to use UPS even though the email that provided the return instructions said to "any Spectrum or UPS store." Very happy we decided to use a different internet provider at the new house instead of keeping Spectrum.

They hire the rudest people, I’ve only been in the store twice and both times was to drop off equipment… And the women that work here are so unbelievably rude, last time I was in there I literally fell like I was being picked on by a grown woman to the point where this time when I went in and the woman started being rude, I just walked out because I couldn’t deal with it… and both times I was told I wasn’t allowed to turn in equipment there, (I know I can because I did) I’m pretty sure they were just saying I couldn’t do it because they didn’t feel like doing their job

How yall gonna have 12 people in line (been waiting myself over an hr), and then only ONE desk open. There were two others and they dipped out. Leaving this poor man by himself to handle everyone. I’m glad I moved out of their service area cause Spectrum is a joke, especially this location. Iykyk.

All the girls working in this store do NOT care about the customers they are very very rude I have reported this before and NOTHING was done! Do you ever read these comments because you score is really low! You need to pay attention because loosing customers is not good

I was just trying to drop off my equipment 😭and it took so long like they was moving slow n laughing n talking having conversations while 10 ppl waited behind me to get served but no they wanna take they time n I was the second person in line but I had to wait forever hell I couldn’t even drop my shit off I just left cuz Ian got time for they slow ass to be flirting with other ppl n shit wen folks trnna get some shit done mos def a 0/10 if u ask me don’t even get a star

Went in the store and the girls that were working were very rude and had terrible attitudes towards us and everyone else in the store. I asked if I could drop off my old router and she told me no then I said well the customer service rep told me on the phone I could and she said well yeah just go sign in very unhappy with how we were treated will be taking our business else where. Nothing against this store, I just think Spectrum is WAY overpriced !!!!
