Sheduled a reservation to pick up a modem and router and Jonathan was super helpful, informative and polite! Super quick and easy process. He took extra care to make sure I had everything I needed and all the information I needed. Great experience!

I ordered Spectrum internet service online and was instructed to visit the Spectrum Store to pickup the router and modem. The CSR at the store told me that they were out of modems, that they would receive more modems the next day, and that I could return or have it shipped. I went back the next day and after waiting for my name to be called after everyone in the store despite having a reservation, they told me that they were out. When I pointed out that they told me they would have them that day, the CSR told me I "should have come earlier." Don't bother trying to call ahead to see if they have equipment because you can't call the individual store and corporate does not know if the store has any equipment remaining, per the CSR. The CSR was extremely argumentative, interrupting, and unhelpful. I would rate them zero stars if possible.Edit after corporate response: The CSR also advised that I contact corporate. When I told her that they wouldn’t care either, the CSR just beamed and said “You’re right, they won’t.”

The employees are extremely racist. They treated one race completely different than another race. They were quick to tell me I could contact customer support and when I stated that customer support wouldn't care about my issue either the employee agreed and said "No, they won't" grinning like a possum. When I reported their behavior to corporate customer service, the gentleman told me that he wished he could say this never happened but he told me he heard it all the time and this was just how it is in the stores.

I waited over an hour and was unable to complete the purpose of my visit. Unfortunately, the over the phone customer service representative information didn't match what was told in person. I didn't get what I came for accomplished. Always a wait at the location.

Sign in system was not accurate and employees did not care. Three people waiting but five names on board. Two employees sitting at stations but we're not waiting on customers. When I mentioned it they said I could wait at outside. Poor customer service.

It's been a few weeks since my stop here, but having just moved to the area and dealt with CS here I had to come here and rate this store, actually it was a particular lady but I don't remember her name. My dad and I came in on a Sat or Sun and were told their systems were down at first. The lady asked us what we needed and as I had just moved here I needed internet and my phone plan changed. She took care of us and while it did take a bit having to deal with my current phone company to switch me over, there's no way we could have done it without her. She was so nice and courteous and I just haven't seen that level of CS in Montgomery like I did there. So thanks for making one more task during a move stress free and a pleasure!

Charter-Spectrum effectively has pulled the plug on Disney/ESPN (and the SEC Network) without any consideration (either in terms of service or financially) for its customers. They are continuing to charge the same high service fees while they breach their promise to provide the Disney/ESPN/SEC Network content and pocket their savings. I see a class action lawsuit on the horizon. At least I hope there will be one; Charter-Spectrum deserves nothing less. When you treat your customers like they do, you do not deserve to have any.Well, since I posted this review, Charter-Spectrum and Disney/ESPN, et al kissed and reached an accomodation of some sort that finally led to the storation of services after the second full week of the SEC football season (and after the conclusion of the US Open Tennis Tournament). We also received a small credit of some sort without any clear explanation (however, it might have been for the Disney/ESPN, et al service disruption). If so, they should be given credit for their efforts to make amends.

We make the appointment online a soon we got there they call us. we have great experience switching the cell phone to spectrum in comparison to verizon . ones of ours cellphones lines was in new york city and Ms Ashely Baldwin made sure that the activation was completed without the phone present .GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND FRIENDLY STAFF .

Always full of customers. They should never have closed the Wetumpka branch. Long wait times. The staff needs re-training in better customer service.

Complete waste of my time. Employee was actually rude and just seemed to be playing with her mouse. NEVER looked me in the eye or acted as if I was there. Made an appointment and was seen but was told I needed to contact customer service. I thought that is what I was doing. It seemed like a simple billing issue. My bill is paid but a few account numbers were trans posed. I hate this place and hope to never go back. I would suggest another provider. That’s what I’m going to do.

Grateful for Montgomery store. However, on 8.1.2023 I attempted to return an old router that I updated online in store. After signing in and waiting for a few minutes a gentleman came from behind counter to survey what customers were seeking to do...he proceeded to help an older guy may a payment at a kiosk...I asked him if It was okay that I returned equipment and he stated I'd have to wait for representative to check it in...I was ok because I figured as much...he went on to say the fastest would be to take it to UPS store down the street..I was aware of this option but since we have a local store I'd do it there. I left; ran an erron in area and on my way out of shopping center this Gentleman was walking along roadway crossing street towards restaurants...my thought was that he wanted to get rid of as many customers as he could without really assisting them so he could take his lunch break. I felt disappointed...for him...that he cared so little about helping customers while on his job.I hope AI doesn't take his job!I dropped off Router at UPS store that I normally use.Cable and Internet way too expensive but dependable.

Workers there are very nice. Unlike what seems to be the case in a majority of Montgomery, they work quickly to get people in and out as fast and efficiently as they can.
