Simply they don't know much about home internet especially the different model of moderns they carry as some new models can be used with an external cellular antenna. They used to be very knowledgeable but those days are gone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew how to fix my phone. Very patient with everyone. Some of the staff were helping two customers at once. My congratulations to the groom.

I just purchased a new phone on Sunday but didn't start to use it until today. After encountering a problem with getting my phone's passwords to load automatically with Autofill, I decided to go into the store on my lunch break and find out what I needed to do from the consultant that helped me. I thought it would be a simple because they do this every single day, right? No, that wasn't remotely the case. My consultant from Sunday looked like a deer caught in headlights and quickly pawned me off to the manager, KEN. I didn't have an issue with being helped by someone else because I thought he wanted me to get assisted by someone with greater expertise. I was frustrated and already apprehensive about even switching phones because of what I was experiencing so far. KEN told me that what I wanted to do was not only impossible but implied that if I had had Samsung (like he did) all along, we wouldn't be having this conversation. He made my frustration worse and my disappointment even greater. He was dismissive of my concerns, flippant in demeanor and callous towards my needs for the phone to work; I use it frequently for speaking with clients. He didn't try to see if there was something else with the phone that was a problem. Perhaps the caked on grease and filth covering the lenses of his glasses was making it difficult to see anything at all, really. TL;DR: Leaving the store and calling the T-Mobile customer service line directly resulted in my phone working completely and some much needed humor! Clean your glasses, Ken, and you'd be able to see your way to providing better customer service.

Went in to get T-Mobile internet and the worker Justin help get everything set up. He show excellent customer service. Almost made me want to switch my phone service to T-Mobile as well. He definitely deserves a raise because he is amazing at his job and very helpful.

Don't know his name but the guy who was there feb 18 at 10:30 was very argumentative. I went there to find out what I owed on my phone. While standing there i did a little math. I wanted to compare the value of the phone to what I was paying for it. For my information. This guy kept repeating "that's irrelevant" or "that doesn't matter". I don't recall his exact words but it was irritating. He also kept repeating I was being double credited as well. When his math was ridiculous as well. I had to politely remind him the information was for me not him. It was my experiences with others that brought me back there when auburn was closer, but I will never go there again. Smh

The staff is good BUT please don’t go here if you have trouble standing, this location is not set up well if you’re disabled ? IMO, these stores should have seating at the counter so you can properly interact with the tech reps. Their store on Atlanta Hwy is better suited if you have a disability. This Eastern Blvd store could be a violation of ADA.

Talked to 4 carries and t- mobile was the best deal and friendly. We ordered 2 new iPhone online from Spectrum mid-February. They sent them by FedEx where they were both stolen. 42 days and 7 phone calls later Spectrum is still trying to settle with FedEx. I've had it with both of them.
