“Great customer service!!! It was a busy Saturday and I had issues at another U-Haul location with my reservation , so I had to cancel. I went to this location trying get another reservation for a truck ,but they were full. But lucky for me, Monroe was there to help. She helped me get another reservation at the other location and directed me on how to use the mobile app. I really appreciated her excellent customer service skills. She is really a good representative of U-Haul. If I have to book a reservation again, I will definitely choose this location.”
“I want to give a HUGE thank you to Markell and Saquia!! Both of these beautiful souls went out of their way to help me during a very complicated situation with my storage unit. They were so kind and helped me troubleshoot every “roadblock” that arose. And trust me, there were many over the course of a 2-day move out. But they helped me with genuine smiles on their faces and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience in any way…even at closing time! This has been, by far, the best customer service experience of my life. I can’t say thank you enough!!

At first, I was confused when I approached the business to pick up the U-Haul, but once I went inside and spoke to the owner, I knew I was in the right place. The owner is very professional and she was even nice regarding letting me keep the U-Haul a few more days due to the weather. I have already been telling locals located in Montgomery about this business so, if you're ever in Montgomery, AL, and you need a U-Haul please stop by or contact this business regarding renting a U-Haul.”
“I used this location for a pickup of a Uhaul truck for a long distance move. This is a pet grooming business located in a strip mall near Eastdale mall. But they are also an authorized Uhaul dealer and have trucks for reservation (behind the building). They have a drop box for mobile check in but I preferred to interact with the folks inside (enter at the front of building) . I was able to confirm details and get the keys in less than 5 mins in the early morning. I recommend this location for pickup.”
