The water was warm, the pressure was great, the nozzle had no leaks and it was very clean (much appreciated after visiting other dog washes). Only down side to the machine was lack of a pause option for the time you're scrubbing in shampoo. Will visit again!”

“We were planning a long distance one-way move for a family member. We reserved a U-Haul 2 weeks in advance and the day before U-Haul changed the pick up location and the size of the truck. We were completely stressed out trying to find a way to get a truck that was the right size for us and nearby. We called Penske and they set us right up. No fuss, no hassle, no changing out the location to pick up the truck, and the rental was $250 less than U-Haul! And all of this was done with only one day notice. When we went to pick up the truck it was ready and waiting for us to check out. We were there less than 10 minutes and were on our way. The people working there were polite, professional, and knew what they were doing. From now on our business goes to Penske.”

“If customers do not order additional items like the dolly it needs to be removed from the moving truck because it takes up space and is in the way when trying to load household items. I had this issue yesterday and I specifically said I did not need it when I rented the truck. Overall, the experience was great! Thanks for the experience?”
