When you call, put on hold over and over. When the phone rings they put it back on hold, over and over and over. They are really bad about having medications in stock. Have to wait until they can get them ordered. Email you to say prescriptions are ready when they don't even have them in stock.

This store would do well with AI or self-service as the front of the store staff at night is only interested in interacting and goof-ing off with each other……they could care less about customers or service. This store has greatly deteriorated over the past couple of years — fortunately there are better places close... read full comment
