When you call, put on hold over and over. When the phone rings they put it back on hold, over and over and over. They are really bad about having medications in stock. Have to wait until they can get them ordered. Email you to say prescriptions are ready when they don't even have them in stock.

This store would do well with AI or self-service as the front of the store staff at night is only interested in interacting and goof-ing off with each other……they could care less about customers or service. This store has greatly deteriorated over the past couple of years — fortunately there are better places close by.

Went to get RSV vaccine. Was told 'they no longer gave vacines without an appointment and I'd have to call'. If this is the case, a sign should be put up letting customers know. Anyway, since I'd made the trip and could see the pharmacist in back and not appearing to be working, felt she could have given me the shot. Just as well, this same pharmacist was brutal when she gave me a shot before. Not gentle, caring, or personable. Who likes shots! Customer service really sucks at the Minnie Brown Springs Walgreens.

Good luck getting the pharmacy to answer the phone. I tried to call and see if my Dr had called in my prescription. Called numerous times throughout the day and sat on hold for quite a while. I am transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.

I use to patronize this location all the timeCall the store ask the associate do they load cash app cards she said yes sure. Got all the way here and had to have my ID . The manager I guess had the long red beard weird and stand offish. The entire visit was weird. If you are opened this late it's for convience and yes I'm weird for not having my ID but most places don't ask for an ID to load your own money

Worst pharmacy in Montgomery. No concept of customer service. I just set in the drive thru for 20 minutes while they let someone wait at the window.

The pharmacist took time out to explain a few things to me lastnight and again this afternoon about medicine I was picking up.. I will never forget her compassion, nor will I forget the compassion shown by the young man working the drive thru. YOU GUYS HAVE EARNED ANGEL WINGS TODAY. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!!

I dropped off my prescription and was told to come back in two hours.When I arrived to pick up prescription I was told it was never put into the system and had to wait a long time to get my meds.Why I waited I saw at least three other people that had the same problem.The girl working the register inside at 0430 on the 31st of Jan obviously did not do her job correctly and had a attitude for no reason.

Advertised as open 24hrs. Stopped in at 5:30 AM for some OTC medicine. Staff is turning customers to wax the floor. Seems like a terrible business model, but to each their own.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. The pharmacy here is the worst I have ever seen at a Walgreens. They don't know how to contact the person if something is wrong with the prescription or if there is an issue. I dropped off my dogs prescription today at 1:20 came back at 5pm and they tell me it was not filled because there was no instructions on the prescription. 1st off why didn't the person taking the prescription notice or say something about 2nd when the pharmacist noticed the issue why didn't they call the vet or myself to say something is wrong but they didn't instead they wait till I come back to make me wait another 30 min before I can get it taken care of. Somebody at the corporate office of Walgreens needs to come do some more trading or something at this location. We had moved all our others prescriptions from this location because they never did anything correct. If you need your prescription filled take them to someplace more complaint and caring then this location. I hope someone from the corporate office will call me about this place.

We stopped using the store (and Walgreens all together) because of inept, incompetent pharmacy employees. We got home only to find someone else medication in our bag, the wrong medication in out bottle and lost prescriptions. This store is a total disaster and is likely to end up killing someone. My doctor called in a prescription to this store because out information was on file and the local pharmacy did not have the medication needed. I checked in and was told it would be 15 minute. They were busy so I gave the benefit of the doubt. However, after waiting 45 minutes, I went to check on my prescription. Apparently, the tech did not have the pharmacist fill it and asked if I could wait another 15 minutes ... good grief. Then after another 10 minutes, I was told they didn't have the medication is stock. This is the worst place in the country to try to shop ... Please save yourself the agony and shop elsewhere.
