I’m disappointed with the service at Walgreens Pharmacy. I waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru, during which only three vehicles were serviced. To make matters worse, the pharmacy then closed for a 30-minute lunch break without addressing the growing line of customers. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of efficiency and consideration for customers’ time. Walgreens needs to improve its drive-thru process and staffing to ensure better service. Customers shouldn’t have to endure such long waits for something as essential as medication.

I wish I could give them 0 stars the worst place ever I had surgery on my mouth and the lady at the cash register told me that they couldn’t fill my prescription without an Id so I go get the id and they fill the prescription without putting all my medication in the bottle so I let that be a couple months later I had to have another surgery done I got there to pick up my prescription and then she’s saying my id have to have my marriage name on it before I can get it so this Tuesday my daughter prescription was sent there they sent it back to the doctor office this Walgreens will never have to worry about me and my kids ever again

I went there for passport picture for my 4 month kid. I was treated with racial comments and disrespectful comments by TIFFANY and manager both.
I would have responded but kept quite and went away as i was getting late and was kid. I hope they both get questioned for this and management take it seriously.

I would not schedule appointments for vacation there period. They Don't care about your time even if you schedule an appointment. They will make you sit for an hour after checking in. They don't care.
Save your time and check somewhere else.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I turned in a prescription for my mother at 9:00AM yesterday. It has been almost 36 hours and they still have not filled it. Ridiculous. Do not bring your prescriptions here if you actually need your medicine.

The pharmacy staff is rude and tried to tell me my daughter had several insurance cards listed which was untrue she has had one card since birth and she is 6 years old then when I provided the card I was asked to circle back around while they got they redid the prescription but when I pulled up I was told the price of it which is why I asked about her insurance so why did I need to pull back around behind several cars when it’s clearly ready because you told me the price then the pharmacist say we have to redo it why tho? Mind you I never got a call saying it was ready or anything and they had the prescription since the pervious morning when her doctors office called it in like they normally do it’s always a issue and they are rude and treat you like you made a mistake when they error is clearly on their end

Management refuses to come up with a solution for people stealing the flu kits. Never available amongst any of the walgreens in all of Montgomery. The amount of theft in this city necessitates alternate methods of storing product (Like behind the counter or under lock). Begging for some real management and solutions for people when they need product that they are willing to drive and pay for that is labeled as available and in stock. This is no fault of employee and also the one kit we found elsewhere was defective so don't waste the money.
