My granddaughter and I visited the Envision/Walmart Vision Center to get our eyes checked and purchase reading glasses. The staff we encountered, especially Whitney, provided excellent customer service. I will definitely come back for my annual eye exam.

My cashier and the customer service desk saved this place. The stock employees are simply terrible. Only one guy who I think was a lead even attempted to help. They all saw me waiting and waiting. When I’d finally ask for help they’d look at me like I had 4 heads. I understand this isn’t your dept but when I’m asking for help and none of you are willing to make the effort to call someone that’s sad. So I called the store and asked them to page someone which they did and 20 minutes later no one came. So I said forget it and I went to a register to pay for my other items and told the cashier what happened. She immediately went to the help desk and got me some help. I insisted no it’s ok I understand yall are busy. She straight up said “we are not that busy please allow me to get help it is no trouble at all.” The lady who came to assist, the lady with the watch, if your reading this you know who I am and I sincerely thank you for your kindness. Honestly more than half the team was amazing. But the others need coaching. Customer service is key doesn’t matter what your position is, you should make every customer feel like a king or queen. Even if it doesn’t encompass your position, the customer is the key to success. I’m not talking about the assholes. I had a smile the entire time, even when voicing my concern and grievance. I was laughing and joking because I understand customer service is hard. But a customer should never feel ashamed for needed assistance. Thank you to the ones that went above and beyond. Thank you for caring and being a role model for your store. I hope the others learn and grow from you all. being an amazing example of what customer assistance really is and how to make a bad situation a great experience and learning tool!!!

U mean to tell me that Walmart supercenter, now has employees at the door to stop you from entering before they close???!!!! THIS is ridiculous , I just got off work and need something as simple as sugar, DF u mean, I can't come in??? It becomes a shame when as a customer I no longer matter and as a consumer neither does my coins!!!

Employees are LAZY. Don’t try and find someone with a key. So they lock up everything but no one wants to go get the key to unlock the door.

I enjoy shopping at Walmart finding variety of deals and clearance items. Today, I ran across some Meyers hand soap for $3.00. There were different variety of scents and of course I smelled each before deciding on which scent I wanted to purchase. As I was narrowing down the scents that I found pleasant a store employee approach me and inform me that customers were not allowed to smell the soap. Never heard of such a thing, no visible sign up saying it either. I found that to be very odd of the employee to say. Then several of the soaps did not get discounted at the register and the cashier didn’t want to give me the discounted price. I worked for Walmart for a short period of time and if a customer finds a product advertised at a certain price it is Walmart responsibility to honor that price. My experience shopping at this Walmart location was disappointing.

I had a 5 star for 6 years on this particular Wal-Mart but deserved no star. January 15, 2025 an employee female parked in Row 5 hit and damaged my vehicle. Instead of saying sorry, she decided to pull off after knocking paint off my vehicle. I'm airing out her mugshot; vehicle type and tag. Stop hiring ghetto trolls with personal attitudes.
