“Kinpak is a friendly company that will load and unload early. You may need to wait about an hour, but they will get to you as soon as they have an opening for you. Be patient and don't be rude to all of the shippers and receives I review respond positively to kind patient people , but they respond in kind to negative, rude, impatient people , so if you're going to be a donkey butt do not expect the favor of loading or unloading early with this behavior you can expect to gave to wait till your appointment time and date be mindful of your attitude. Knpak employees treated me very well. I understood they have a lot of stress they deal with and showing up early adds to that so treat others with respect and you'll get respect .”
“@Michael Gosnell - Where is your proof and facts? I have been a customer here for years and never had a problem with anyone or anything. Yes there was a new software that Aronov has implemented and yes there was problems with my account because the manager onsite but Aronov was quick to fix this as soon as I called in. Maybe you need to call in and I bet all of your problems will be fixed. As far as your rate being higher than you were quoted - You did in fact sign a contract that states what your rate is look at it and if it does not match then contact Aronov instead of bashing a company online without providing proof!”

“I’ve been a member for 14 yrs and Overall great service, clean facility and normally pretty busy. The short Caucasian girl with the glasses is very rude. Overall everyone is very pleasant which is probably why she sticks out like a sore thumb.”
