Had me sitting in the drive through teller window for 30 just for two ppl to come ask can they help me and then say they need another form of ID or come in. Just annoying and unprofessional!

Had changed roll and wanted to turn in for cash lady said she could only do 20. I think she just did not want to count rolled change at end of her shift.rude I mean change is money right?

So they just make me come for nothing I make my appointment to open a new account and when get there they told me that they can’t help me bc they’re so busy
